You are invited to join
The Vintage MG Club of Southern California

Our primary objectives are:

	To promote the preservation of vintage (1955 and earlier) MGs by inspiring and developing each owner's interest and understanding of his/her vehicle.
	To promote enjoyment of the use and ownership of the machine through tours and other fun-type events, all within the capabilities of vintage MGs.

Our Monthly newsletter, Octagon Topics, will keep you informed of the club activities and furnish valuable technical and service information with recommended sources of parts and service. Featured articles include:

	Technical - to help keep our "classics" running
	Events - to promote the enjoyment of our cars
	Sources - to help locate reputable sources of service
	Exchanges - to help locate and exchange hard to find parts.

Each month we have a general meeting. The monthly meetings feature a raffle, service clinic, updates on club events and opportunity to purchase MG items.

Full Member:
* Owner of a vintage MG, powered by an XPEG or earlier engine.
* Statement by owner that any car he/she shall drive during any club event is insured for public liability and property damage.
* Payment of initiation fee and current annual dues.

Full members enjoy all the rights and privileges of the Club.

Associate Member:
* Any person who is interested in furthering the purpose of this organization.
* Statement by owner that any car he/she shall drive during any club event is insured for public liability and property damage.
* Payment of initiation fee and current annual dues.

Associate members enjoy all the rights and privileges of the Club except that they may not hold Club office or vote on any items brought before the membership of the Club.

Initiation fee for new members is $14.50.
Annual dues is $40.00, prorated during the
year. The Club Year is from April 1 to March 31.
