From the Editors
It is hard to believe that Thanksgiving is
here and Christmas is just around the corner.
The only VMG event left before the end of the
year is our Christmas Luncheon on the 14th.
Full details can be found in the flyer, page 8.
So it is time to reflect on, and thank all
those who have done so much for our collective
enjoyment of our MGs—the staff of Officers and
Events Chairman. I’m sure we all can say
“Thank You” for your dedication to our enjoyment
of these very special cars.
We are very sorry to have missed the two
events that were held earlier this month.
Thanks Marie Thomas for her articles on both
events and to those who have provided photo
coverage. We did get to the Parts Exchange
and while the number of participating vendors
was down the venue proved to be very satisfactory.
All our best to each of you for a bountiful
Thanksgiving. Dinner.

From The Drivers Seat
Greetings MG Lovers,
You missed a great tour to the Shelby Museum and a really fun time at the Veterans’
Day car show. That is, unless you were there
and I don’t need to tell you! I generally prefer
driving events but the Veterans Day event
made me a believer!
I didn’t escape working on Brit cars even
when I traveled to Illinois to see my dad. I
stayed with a old buddy in exchange for fixing
some electrical problems with his Austin Healey.
Do make plans to attend the club Christmas party with all your like-minded MG friends!
Happy Trails
